How long does it take to generate a portrait?+
Usually 1–2 minutes. You'll receive your portrait by email as soon as it's ready — no need to wait around.
What makes a good photo?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is front and center works best. Avoid blurry shots, sunglasses, or photos with multiple subjects. We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 10 MB.
What art styles are available?+
We offer 6 styles: Watercolor, Oil Painting, Cartoon, Pencil Sketch, Digital Art, and Vintage. Each portrait can also be paired with one of 6 unique scenes.
Can I pick a different style and scene for each portrait?+
Yes! With the Trio package (3 portraits), each portrait gets its own style and scene — great for exploring different looks.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What if I'm not happy with my portrait?+
We do not offer refunds.
Portrait quality depends heavily on the source photo. If the result isn't what you expected, reach out to us and we'll review your case individually — in some situations we may offer a remake.

What happens to my pet's photo?+
Your photo is stored securely and used solely to generate your portrait. We never share, sell, or use it for any other purpose.
Do I need to create an account?+
No account needed. Just fill in your billing details at checkout, pay, and your portrait arrives by email.
Can I use the portrait commercially?+
Portraits are licensed for personal use. If you need a commercial license, please contact us.
Do you offer physical prints?+
We currently deliver portraits digitally as a high-resolution, print-ready PNG. Physical printing is coming soon.
